The Joy of Giving Week (Sep 27 - Oct, 3, 2009) is a new national movement that aims to engage every single Indian in giving back to society in a way that she or he chooses - money, time, skills or resources. We at SheepStop sincerely feel that this is a great opportunity to get our community members to make a difference in someone's life by donating one of the most basic things necessary for survival, clothes. SheepStop is organising a Tee donation drive across the nation starting Monday, Sep 14, 2009, to champion the cause of the underprivileged. Not just that, SheepStop will press and pack these donated Tees so that the recipients have the fun of actually receiving nicely packed items, which they rarely get to experience. The Tees will be donated to Deep Griha - an independent charitable organisation working to better the lives of people living in the slums of Pune, India. As a thank you note, SheepStop will also give out a Gift Voucher worth Rs. 100 to the donor, for every Tee donated, and these vouchers can be used to buy some awesome new Tees from SheepStop. 
However, in order to make this drive a resounding success we need your complete support. Please spread the word about this drive amongst friends, institute, company or communities that you are part of and let us make sure that the message reaches out to everybody. Also, please ensure that the Tees that you donate are washed clean before donating and are in decent wearable condition (not worn out or tattered) as that would defeat the purpose of donation. The various ways in which you can donate your Tees is outlined below: 1. You can send across your Tees starting Mon, Sep 14 until Sat, Oct 3, 2009 to the following address by post. Please mention your Name, Contact number and e-mail address on the package so that we can e-mail you the Gift Voucher: Attn: Joy of Giving Donation 2. If you are in Pune, you can drop off your Tees at our office located at the above address on Senapati Bapat Road. You can get directions to our office by clicking on this Google Maps link. Just drop in anyday of the week between 9am - 9pm and feel free to buzz us at 9766540014 if you need further directions. 3. Buy any Tee at SheepStop using the Cash on Delivery Option between Mon, Sep 14 - Sat, Oct 3, 2009 and pay Rs. 100 less on delivery if you send across a Tee with the delivery person. Note that the COD option is available in Pune and Mumbai only. *Please note that you can only apply one voucher at a time while ordering Tees at SheepStop under this promotion. Multiple SheepStop promotional offers cannot be combined in any order. |
