Issues with Existing Features

Firstly, a big vote of thanks to all the pre-beta testers who are spending their valuable time to test-ride SheepStop. Please report any issues/bugs/shortcomings of the existing functionalities here. We will take them up and resolve them asap. Please do not hesitate to point out the smallest of the issues eg. an extra space, a mis-spelt word, a non-functional link, or a suggestion for a better background color. On the other hand global suggestions about the website as a whole eg. navigation is diffcult, casino layout is too cluttered etc. are also important to us. So please feel free to share them here and participate in the discussion. Also please mention the browser in which you found the issue so that it will be easier for us to debug the same.

@raaj all mails from sheepbot[AT]sheepstop.com are auto generated and there is no mailbox by that name. You can write to us at admin[AT]sheepstop.com

So using [AT]username is correct but [AT]username... or [AT]username, is wrong. Isn't this complicated?

@dcube yes I did the same but its too much of a labour (at least for not so net-savvy persons like me)..and you should be happy one is willing to go thru this too :) But I think only one who has submitted design will do that. steps involved: 1. to go to gmail contact list and choose whom all to send 2. while copying contact gmail gives person's name like this so had to delete all the prefix. 3 then copy all address to the sheepstop window 4. write a mail about sheepstop and why they should join seperately and send before the invite so that it not be treated as junk. funniest part is people didnt get my invite after mail and i am loaded with 'where's the link' querry :P But I dont have an idea how this process can be made simpler...But ther must be some way I feel. I like the idea behind your site too much and the fact that somebody is doing such thing in INDIA

@raaj the "Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result" message that you received was possibly because you did not input the e-mail addresses in the required format (comma or space separated e-mail addresses). Just cross check with a couple of people to make sure they have received the invitations, else you can send them again (in the correct format)

@raaj I just checked the comment section of your design UHDED-BUN and saw the two postings. I know the reason why this happened. The [AT] feature that we have implemented does two things, it makes the persons username into a link and also e-mails the post to him. To make this work correctly you need to use the exact username of the person and it should not be immediately followed by a , or a . So using [AT]username is correct but [AT]username... or [AT]username, is wrong. I have corrected this for you in the post.

While typing text here if I want a sentence to start from the next line I press enter, It shows text in the next line but after posting its comes as continuous text. Can this formatting feature be included? If more features like bold, colour (as with compose box of gmail) be incorporated it would be great.

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/sheepstop/www/www/user_private_tabs.php on line 1593 I just invited friends in bulk but got this warning...what does this mean? Also few sent invites is not showing the person's name against (not joined yet )

@raaj also it takes a while for people to actually get a feel of what the website has to offer and to understand completely as to how it works. So I really hope that with time everyone in the designer community will become active and together we can build a great platform for showcasing your works.

@raaj i guess many are silent observers :p some might vote a design YAY only if they really like it and some prefer not to give a NAY even if they do not like it. As we continue to build a bigger and stronger community i'm sure everyone will participate and give more constructive comments so that the designers understand what others like and what they don't.

WHO IS ONLINE In total there are 73 users online :: 71 members and 2 guests (based on users active over the past 15 minutes) I was just wondering if member count is 154 & 73 users are online (most of the time more than 50)as it shows, why submitted designs have so less vote (including NAY & YAY - not more than 10). After being online in 'sheepstop' what else is there to do. I am not able to understand this.
