it does not have to be on a tee..stealing the design from the links I posted is plagiarism, but yes the same tshirts are available for sale on another site..

@ben quite un aware of the aj3 part of it. so i should not comment. The point is, unless there is a same tee shirt that you have come across. you cannot call it plagiarism.

@buckthefox guess u support plagiarism..just cuz ppl want something doesnt mean u can steal it..its not about finding the best designs online n posting it so u can win off someone elses work..it a DESIGN CONTEST..at least thats what i thought..wud it be ok for some1 to use ur design to make a quick buck? guess u think aj3 stealin peace bird is fine too..

Ben, you are lookin only at the art work. Look at the sense of place and time. For the fact that he has used something that people would crave to use. That is what separate design from art ; isnt it? And I'm sure its for the very same reason that the jury selected this. There are billions of tee shirts similar to this. But they are all good designs. Despite the artwork being a direct symbol. Cheer up.

didnt say the design is not good..just said it is not urs..but whatever man,if u r proud of yourself for winning,even though u didnt do anything other than download a pic n enter it in a contest,then good for u..im sure all the designers that didnt win cuz this was chosen are happy for u too..

but this is a contest for designers,not for people who post ready designs which are already available for sale on other sites..u could easily buy it from those sites or even get it custom printed,not enter a contest n get paid,just cuz u always wanted it on ur tee..
